UNION TRADE LABOR

Signatory to:

  • Plumbing – LU 130
  • Sheetmetal – LU 73 & LU 265
  • Pipefitters – LU 597
  • Controls – LU 134

PREFABRICATION & MODULAR CONSTRUCTION

Our dedicated prefabrication facility supports:

  • Hanger assembly
  • Refrigeration risers for VRF systems (piped,
    pressure tested, insulated)
  • Five welding booths for spool fabrication
  • Modular mechanical skid construction
  • Underground piping assemblies

Prefabrication enables improved quality control,
accelerated schedules, reduced on-site labor risk, and
predictable installation sequencing in live data halls.

ENGINEERING & BIM RESOURCES

Atomatic maintains an in-house BIM and engineering team consisting of:

  • (2) LU 597
    pipefitters/BIM detailers
  • (2) Sheetmetal
    draftsmen
  • (1) PE Engineering
    Manager

Our team performs 3D coordination, spool detailing, clash detection, and constructability reviews.

OUR APPROACH

Deploying AI infrastructure demands more than installation expertise. It requires:

  • Risk mitigation within mission-critical facilities
  • Transparent communication from design to commissioning
  • Phased installation strategies
  • Deep understanding of redundancy, testing, and startup protocols

Atomatic Mechanical Services operates as an extension of the owner’s team, aligning with longterm operational goals, not just project completion.

INDUSTRY RECOGNITION & PUBLISHED WORK

Atomatic Mechanical Services has contributed to mechanical infrastructure supporting high-density AI deployments, particularly liquid-cooling systems for GPU-intensive workloads.

CoreSite & STN — Liquid Cooling for Enterprise AI (GPU One)

In a CoreSite case study, Atomatic was recognized for delivering the liquid cooling infrastructure supporting STN’s GPU One platform at the CoreSite CH2 data center.

The system supports 1,536 NVIDIA B200 GPUs and includes chillers, pumps, controls, and a thermal storage reservoir assembled and installed by Atomatic to provide consistent thermal
regulation for AI workloads.

STN Recognition — Skild AI Infrastructure

CoreSite’s article “Watts, Water & Workloads” highlights Atomatic’s role in delivering the direct-to-chip liquid cooling system supporting STN’s GPU One platform.

The system, engineered to meet “six nines” uptime requirements, provides fully redundant cooling for high-density AI workloads powering Skild AI’s foundational model.

Feature in Chief Engineer’s Magazine

Atomatic Mechanical Services was featured in Chief Engineer magazine for its work in complex infrastructure environments, including healthcare facilities and data centers where operations must
remain uninterrupted during construction.

As noted in the publication:

“Working around sick patients is very similar to working around active data centers that have comparable levels of sensitivity.”
– Bryan O’Neill, Vice President-Construction at Atomatic

The feature highlights Atomatic’s ability to perform mechanical installations in environments where uptime, coordination, and disciplined execution are essential.
