Community

Philanthropic & Social Wellness is part of our Atomatic Wellness Program. We encourage our employees to give back to the communities they live and work in. We help our employees in the donation of their time and money to their favorite charities. In addition to Atomatic’s direct donations, we match an employee’s donation to a qualified 501c3 organization of their choice. Some of the charities that have benefited from this are:

  • Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago
  • NW Community Hospital Foundation
  • WINGS
  • Presbyterian Homes Geneva Foundation
  • Les Turner ALS Foundation
  • Gladd Tidings
  • The Center For Enriched Living
  • Cristo Rey Network
  • Harper College Educational Foundation
  • Animal House Shelter
  • Little Kids Rock
  • Open Door For Teens

Some of the other charitable events we have participated in are:

Little Kids Rock (Chicago Big Kids Rock Event 2016): Little Kids Rock helps to brings music education (Guitar, Vocal, Key Board & Percussion) back to our public schools throughout the United States. We get kids interested in learning to play music by teaching them to play the music they like.

We support the Chicago Area Advisory Board of Little Kids Rock through our donation of time and money. Currently we serve 30,000 kids in over 100 Chicago Public Schools.

WINGS: Cleaning up one of their homes

Feed the Hungry: We spent a Saturday morning packaging food to feed the hungry. We supplied the people to package the food and donated money to cover the base cost of the food.

Blood Drive: Atomatic organizes an annual company blood drive.

Northeast Palatine Summer Camp: Atomatic employees volunteer to chaperone children’s outings at summer camp.
